Muffler replacement work

Since there is a push rivet on the lower side of the side cover, press the center with a thin hexagon wrench with a thin tip, release the fixation and remove it.Be careful not to forget it because it is a difficult position.[Enlarge with photo tap]
The side cover is fixed on the body with glots and nails.When removing it, it is likely to hit the kick pedal and silencer, so it cures it with a row.[Enlarge with photo tap]
Remove the hidden bolt under the side cover.Since it is tightened with a high torque value unexpectedly, remove it with a long spinner handle.The other bolts are also tight and surprising.[Enlarge with photo tap]
The muffler is suspended to overlap the upper bolt in the rear suspension.Put a wrench on the nut in the center of the bolt and remove the outer bag nut with a gear wrench.[Enlarge with photo tap]
Remove the underguard while the silencer is stuck on the bolt of the suspension.It is attached to the engine guard on both sides with a cap bolt.It comes off when you remove 4 and pull forward.[Enlarge with photo tap]
Remove the exhaust pipe flange nut.The CT125 is used for forest road driving and camping touring, so the engine area is dirty with mud.Clean with a part cleaner.[Enlarge with photo tap]

Wrap the silencer band around a silencer, use a genuine bag nut in the bolt of the rear suspension.I was worried about the thick rear suspension outside the company, but there was no contact.[Enlarge with photo tap]
Check that the clearance is maintained without interfering with the engine guard / rear suspension, etc., and gradually tighten all bolts.Note that if you tighten it at once, it will be biased.[Enlarge with photo tap]

Remove the wiring of the genuine O2 sensor attached to the head once from the engine and fix it to the plug cord side so that it does not interfere with the exhaust pipe.[Enlarge with photo tap]
