The times have caught up with the latest shining things, such as the revision of the safety standards of the Road Transport Vehicle Law for turn signals in 2014. In addition, products that have acquired the e-mark, which is a European safety standard, can now be used in Japan due to the trend of harmonization with international standards. Not only the flowing turn signals, but also the slender turn signals that used to be NG are now compatible with vehicle inspections.

Item 1: The standard LED headlights have evolved further

The LED RIBBON series is an LED headlight kit made by SYGN HOUSE, which has a reputation for in-house development capabilities for electronic devices such as Income's B + COM. As the name suggests, it is a ribbon-shaped heat sink that can be flexibly shaped, and it is an LED bulb system that is characterized by being able to effectively cool the emitted heat while supporting various vehicles.

REVO is a new series that further evolves this cooling system to improve reliability and life. Instead of the conventional one heat pipe, a dual cooling system is newly adopted in which a copper base is sandwiched between two copper heat pipes and solder welded. In addition, a heat sensor is mounted on the light emitting part, and the technology cultivated in conventional products that reduces the output at high temperatures to control heat generation and suppress the shortening of LED life is also inherited.

Installation is extremely simple, in principle, just remove the genuine halogen bulb and replace it. Follow the instructions to install the bulb body in the headlight housing, attach the genuine waterproof cover, then attach the cooling ribbon and connect it to the controller. It's OK if you connect the H4 socket stuck in the genuine valve to the controller. Only the storage location of the controller needs to be examined depending on the model, but it will not be so difficult because it is extremely small.

Compared to the orange-like emission color of genuine halogen after replacement, the brilliance of the white light of the LED is clear. It's about three times as bright as a halogen bulb, so it feels like HID. There is no doubt that the irradiation range will be wider and visibility will be improved. It is an LED custom item that gives you a reassuring ally when driving at night with a fearless image.

In REVO, the base of the light emitting part is surrounded by two heat pipes, and a dual heat pipe system that effectively transfers heat to the heat sink achieves both high brightness and long life.

The familiar ribbon-shaped heat sink, which is a feature of L-Ribbon, can be freely adjusted in shape according to the housing of the light. Compatible with a variety of vehicle models.

As you can see, it is lined up with a 100 yen lighter. The size of the controller is extremely compact. If this is the case, there should be less trouble with the storage space.

Due to the revision of the safety standards of the Road Transport Vehicle Law in 2014, four-wheeled vehicles that use sequential type turn signals that blink from the inside to the outside are becoming more common in the city. Of course, if it meets the security standards, it can be customized. With that said, Kijima's "Tech 07 Mirror with Sequential Turn Signal" has made it possible to enjoy this futuristic item with outstanding prominence even on a motorcycle.

The point of this product is that the flowing turn signal composed of LEDs is built into the mirror, so even naked can be finished in a more modern style. Moreover, a white LED position lamp is also set along the turn signal, so you can enjoy a fearless atmosphere with different tastes and lids. The body color of the mirror body can be selected from two types, carbon and plain black, so there is a wide range of matching such as street fighter naked, standard, neo-retro, adventure and scooter.

The product is a general-purpose type, and since it can be installed with M8 and M10 forward / reverse bolts, it can be installed on almost all handle mount mirror type vehicles. IC relays required for some vehicles such as Z900RS are also available separately. For turn signals that flow by exchanging with genuine valves

Some riders don't want to replace the genuine turn signal but want it to be sequential. For such people, we have a lineup of vehicle-specific kits that can easily make POSH faces sequential. Until now, the lineup was mainly for Kawasaki cars such as for ZRX1200DAEG, Z1000 ('14 -'16), Z250 ('14 -'18), but finally for Honda cars from this April.

The kit set for each model includes a total of four LED bulb boards and IC relays required for the front and rear turn signals. Twenty-four wide-angle dome lens black body type LEDs from the world's top class manufacturers are lined up on the board, achieving high visibility with high contrast, low reflection, and wide angle effect. The light emission method is a chain lighting (sequential) from the inside to the outside specified by the safety standard.

For installation, remove the lens of the genuine turn signal and set the LED board instead of the halogen bulb. There is no need for wiring because the socket is replaced. After that, you can replace the turn signal relay from the genuine one with the one included in the product. The included IC relay is programmed to blink about 85 times per minute. Especially in the case of sequential blinkers, if the relay is simply an LED bulb or if it is an incompatible relay, the blinking interval specified as 60 to 120 times per minute and the blinking cycle of all blinkers are synchronized due to the electric circuit. Some of them will not be able to meet the safety standards that must be done, so I am happy to have a relay that corresponds to the turn signal.

For riders who want to customize each turn signal shape, there are 3 types of general-purpose types that use 12 LEDs, so that is also noteworthy.
