A very simple way to identify Gen Z (for Harvard University)

Problem

I just realized that Gen Z doesn't use (A) anymore. When I say "put out the doc. file", everyone converts from (B) or (C) and outputs it.

Mr. Jake Anbinder, a Ph.D. student in American history at Harvard University, has experienced a change that is decisively different from his own generation while teaching Generation Z (the generation born after the mid-1990s. Digital native generation) students. I wrote that I noticed.

So what is it? Please choose the answer that applies to A, B, and C in the sentence. (Scroll down for answers)

Answer

Something interesting I've noticed teaching is Gen Z just does not use Microsoft Word, period. When you ask them to submit .doc files they're all converting them from Google Docs or Pages .

A) Microsoft Word B) Google Docs C) (Apple) Pages

"Office is free at Harvard, so I don't think it's because it's paid. I don't know if everyone knows (it's free)," so I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it.

However, Jake doesn't seem to agree with the opinion that "it's just because Google Docs is better." "The only people who say that are 10 or so people in a team, and they've written 5 pages of notes, and they've been shuffling each other endlessly," he wrote.

Have you tried creating a footnote in Google Docs?

Have you ever made a footnote in Google Doc? computer will burn

Well, that's right...

Jake's tweets have been featured in various media, and Jake has become a celebrity. Some media outlets refer to him as a 'professor', which makes him happy. It has a mailing address that says, "Underline and highlight it and send it to the Harvard Recruiting Committee!" Ahaha.
