"Mouth breathing" The person who continues to continue with a super dangerous bad breath, old face, and apnea syndrome.

The mouth is not a respiratory organ!

Do you unconsciously open your mouth when you are looking at the TV or smartphone screen?  Mouth breathing leads to fatigue, allergies, rough skin, aging face, tooth decay, and bad breath. Mouth breathing is suspected if more than one of the following list applies to you. Please check it.

□ The front teeth stick out □ Sometimes you snore or grind your teeth □ The corners of your mouth are drooping □ The chin is thin Asymmetric

Mouth breathing causes trouble because the mouth is not a respiratory organ. Lips are there to keep food from spilling out, to speak, and to make facial expressions. The tongue and teeth are also there to identify, digest, and chew food in the mouth. The mouth is a digestive organ, not a respiratory organ. The natural respiratory organs are the nose, throat, and lungs. The human body is designed to breathe through the nose, so if mouth breathing becomes chronic, it will cause problems for the body.

The window that delivers air to the lungs through the throat is the nose. The nose is designed to allow air to be sucked in while blocking bacteria and debris in the air. For example, it is a high-performance air purifier with a filter.

In the previous article, I talked about how shallow and fast breathing weakens your tolerance to carbon dioxide and causes poor posture. In this respect, nasal breathing has a narrow space in the nasal cavity, so resistance is applied to the air taken in, and breathing becomes slow, so the amount of breathing can be suppressed. Slowing down your breathing also gives your lungs time to expand, helping you maintain good posture.
